With the threat of the Rising Scourge and the Azar Emperor growing ever more aggressive, despite the binding of the Dragon Gods with Uralio's Edict, a gathering of Clergy from the Cathedral of Light developed a strategy that called for a permanent military outpost at the far east of the continent of Itora.
  In order to satisfy this need, and as a means of putting an end to a bothersome war between Avindor and the rest of the Church Kingdoms by taking Avindor's colonial claims.
