Storm of Unmaking

The Storm of Unmaking is a permanent, roiling tempest that covers much of the eastern reaches of Itora. It is characterized by:  

Wild Magic Surges

  The storm generates intense surges of wild magic, which cause unpredictable magical effects. Anything from spontaneous transformations, random teleportations, or bursts of elemental energy can occur without warning, making the area extremely hazardous.  

Null Magic Zones

  Interspersed with the wild magic are pockets of null magic zones, areas where magic ceases to function entirely. These zones can suddenly appear and disappear, trapping or freeing the unwary in a landscape where reliance on magic can be a fatal flaw. Twisting Realities:   The fabric of reality is unstable here, leading to bizarre phenomena such as time distortions, gravity fluctuations, and spatial anomalies. Landscapes might change overnight, and travelers could find themselves returning to points they've already passed without understanding how.
